As a visitor to Bobby’s Villas y Casitas by the Sea, you will be required to comply with Mexican Law, and the rules of the Homeowners' Association. Here are some of the main rules:

Every condo has occupancy limits. This is normally 5-6 people for a two-bedroom Villa and 2-4 people for a one-bedroom Casita. To avoid any members of your party being turned away, please check the maximum occupancy of the Villa/Casita you are renting.

Most of the Villas/Casitas have a NO PETS (ANIMALS), ALLOWED Policy. Please check your Confirmation Letter to see if the Villa/Casita you rented allows a pet, what restrictions and what your obligations for your pet are. If you bring a pet to a NO PETS ALLOWED rental, you may be evicted from Bobby’s by the Sea along with your pet, in addition to losing both your rental payment and deposit and possibly paying a hefty fine!

You must present a signed Confirmation Letter with entry-permit when you arrive and receive your key. The entry-permit should thereafter remain on the front windshield dash of your car at all times while you are here.

No motorhomes, campers or trailers will be allowed to enter.
No fireworks allowed, except when organized by the Association, (ie: 4th July.) Fireworks are prohibited anywhere on the Bobby's by the Sea property. Mexican law allows fireworks on the beaches until 10pm only.
No ATV’s, bikes or skateboards allowed on the common areas.
No glass containers or other breakable items may be carried around the complex or in the recreational and pool areas such as pool/spa and courtyard. Plasticware or aluminum cans only.
Music and TV sets must be kept at low volume from 10pm to 8am. At other times, the volume must be set at volumes so that neighbors will not be disturbed. Other excessive noise and unruly behavior is prohibited.
No laundry, towels or wetsuits may be hung outdoors on balcony or roof railings.
Mexican law prohibits illegal drug use, public drunkenness (this includes open containers of alcohol on public streets, etc), public nudity, public sex. 

No toddlers (5 and under) or diapered children are allowed in the spa.
No children are allowed in the spa or pool without parental supervision and no diapered children are allowed in the spa or pool.
Pool and Spa hours are 8am – 11pm – please, be considerate of other guests when using the spa or pool at all times.
No climbing on or in the water feature pools is allowed (Neptune, Mermaid, Dolphins).
The BBQ/Bar is for use by all guests. Again, please be considerate of your ‘neighbors’ when using the BBQ.
 
Please note that rules are necessary to allow all to have a good time, safely, and to protect the property of the homeowners. Violations will result in fines being assessed to the homeowner. These fines may be passed on to the person who violated the rules.

Repeated or serious violations may result in removal from the complex and detention by the Rosarito Police.

As a visitor to Bobby’s Villas y Casitas by the Sea, you are protected by the same rules and you may request enforcement from the security guard at the gate.
