RENTAL REQUIREMENTS :
3 Nights Minimum - for Summer Months and all
U.S. Holidays.
Full Week Bookings - Stay 6
nights and your 7th night is free.

SECURITY & CLEANING DEPOSITS :
A security
deposit of $200 is required. The security
deposit will be destroyed if there are no
fines or damages.
A one-time
cleaning fee of $25 is collected for this home.

CHECK-IN & DEPARTURE:
Check-in time is 12:00-3:00p.m.
and 5:00-8:00p.m. or after on the day of
arrival and check out is by 11:30 a.m. on
day of departure. There is a key lock-box at
this home for your convenience.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
In cases of cancellation,
the deposit is refundable (less $100,
processing fee) 4 weeks prior and refundable
thereafter subject to re-booking.
RESERVATIONS:
Reservations are on a first-come basis.
All bookings must have a completed
questionaire filled out by the person
renting home via the Internet.
Reservations are only
confirmed and guaranteed with the receipt of
50% deposit or/payment in full. The
remaining balance must be received 3 weeks
prior to your arrival or your deposit will
be lost as a result.
