fireplace. Tucked into this charming hacienda-style condo
village, on the first level, it affords you both privacy and
ambience.

enjoyment, the Mermaid waterfall pool and Jacuzzi are just
outside of your front door; relax at our group seating
arrangement with a firepit next to the BBQ/bar or enjoy a
cocktail on the ocean view terrace at Bobby's by the Sea
just steps away from the pool courtyard.
Only a ten minute ride
into Rosarito Beach, where the shopping and dining choices
are endless, and just five minutes from lobster and fun in
Puerto Nuevo! And, Ensenada is a quick 30 minute drive south
on the toll road past the gorgeous Playas of Salsipuedes and

pool view.

RENTAL REQUIREMENTS:
3 Nights Minimum - for Summer Months and all U.S. Holidays.
Full Week Bookings - Stay 6 nights and your 7th night is free.

CHECK-IN & DEPARTURE:
Check-in time is 12:00 -3:00p.m.and 5:00-8:00p.m or after on the day of arrival and check out is by 11:30 a.m. on day of departure. There is a key lock-box at this home for your convenience.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
In cases of cancellation, the deposit is
refundable (less $100. processing fee) 4 weeks prior and refundable thereafter subject to re-booking.
RESERVATIONS:
Reservations are on a first-come basis. All bookings must have a completed questionnaire filled out by the person renting home via the Internet.
Reservations are only confirmed and guaranteed with the receipt of 50% deposit or/ payment in full. The remaining balance must be received 3 weeks prior to your arrival or your deposit will be lost as a result.
